What you own

- You own all data the system produces, and all outputs from it
- Full data export available on request in a portable format at any time
- Confirmed deletion of all stored records available on request
- No data is used for model training or product improvement without explicit written consent

How it is handled

- Retention periods are configurable — set to your policy or disabled entirely
- Logs can be masked, filtered, or turned off by agreement
- Data processed under the terms agreed in the project contract
- EU data residency available for all cloud-hosted deployments
