Who we are

Miteon Technologies OÜ is the organisation responsible for personal data processed through this website. We provide custom software development, system integration, and private AI services. For any privacy request, emailinfo@miteontechnologies.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address, and message details you submit, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Limited website analytics: page views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks, tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). We do not use tracking cookies.
• Referrer and campaign data: the page you arrived from and any UTM parameters in the link.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may process your IP address transiently to deliver the site and guard against abuse.

How to opt out

We honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controlsignals. If either is enabled in your browser, no analytics events are collected. You can also contact us to request access to, or deletion of, any personal data you have submitted.

Sub-processors

• Cloudflare - website hosting and edge delivery.
• Resend - transactional email delivery for contact submissions.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact data to respond to your request (legitimate interest or steps before a contract) and limited website analytics to improve the site (legitimate interest, subject to the opt-out above). Our default target is to delete enquiries after 24 months unless they become part of an active customer relationship, a legal obligation requires longer retention, or you ask us to delete them sooner. We serve customers in Europe and Canada; enquiries are handled accordingly.

Your rights
