Your custom work stays portable
The customer-specific software, integrations, configuration, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, and documentation we build are delivered in the form agreed in the contract and remain available to you.
Ownership and exit rights
Managed service is optional, handover is supported, and third-party licensing or platform constraints are identified rather than hidden.

Cancelling managed operations does not create an artificial technical lockout. We stop operating the system and support an orderly handover under the agreed terms.
Customer-specific work ships with code and documentation so your own team—or another provider—can take over. Any third-party components and their licence restrictions are identified clearly.
Managed operations terms and notice periods are agreed in writing. At the end of the service, you receive a documented handover and can arrange transition support if needed.
A customer-operated system with full handover is a first-class option. Managed service is available when it is useful, not as a requirement for access to customer-specific work.
A project can start with managed operations and move in-house when the customer is ready, subject to the agreed deployment and third-party licensing terms.
A managed operations fee pays for monitoring, updates, support, and operational work. Ownership, licensing, portability, and transition responsibilities are stated in the project agreement. Questions can be sent to info@miteontechnologies.com.
