Who we are

Miteon provides private AI infrastructure and custom software development. This notice covers personal data processed through this website. For any privacy request, email info@miteontechnologies.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address, and message details you submit, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Product analytics: anonymous page views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks, tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). We do not use tracking cookies.
• Referrer & campaign data: the page you arrived from and any UTM parameters in the link.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may process your IP address transiently to deliver the site and guard against abuse.

How to opt out

We honor the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If either is enabled in your browser, no analytics events are collected. You can also contact us to request access to, or deletion of, any personal data you have submitted.

Sub-processors

• Cloudflare — website hosting and edge delivery.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact submissions (when configured).
• Frankfurter and Microsoft Azure Retail Prices API — public reference data (exchange rates and cloud GPU pricing) used by the planning calculator. These requests carry no personal data.

Legal basis & retention

We process contact data to respond to your request (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps) and product analytics to improve the site (legitimate interest, subject to the opt-out above). We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and then delete it. We serve customers in Europe and Canada; enquiries are handled accordingly.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact info@miteontechnologies.com.
