Ownership & Exit Rights

We build systems you own. If you opt in to managed operations, you can cancel at any moment and keep everything — fully working. No lock-in, no hostage-taking, no enshittification.

1

You own the entire stack

Model weights and fine-tunes, your data, prompts, infrastructure-as-code, container images, configuration, runbooks, and documentation are delivered to you and are yours to keep. Ownership is stated in the contract, not implied.

2

No kill-switch — ever

Cancelling managed operations never disables anything. Your system keeps running exactly as before. We stop operating it; we never revoke your access to it. This is the opposite of a subscription you can be locked out of.

3

Portable by design

Everything ships as code and documentation, so your own team — or any provider you choose — can take over. Any lock-in is by our usefulness, never by holding your system hostage.

4

Cancel anytime, clean handover

Managed operations is month-to-month with short notice. When you leave, you get a documented handover and an optional paid transition period. Exiting is a supported step, not a penalty.

5

Managed is optional

Turnkey — where you own and run the system yourself with a full handover — is a first-class option, never a deliberately limited tier that pushes you toward a recurring fee.

6

A graduation path

Start with managed operations, let us train your team, and take everything fully in-house whenever you are ready. Our goal is to make ourselves optional, not indispensable.

The bottom line

A managed operations fee pays for our people — monitoring, updates, and uptime — not for access to something you already own. Stop paying and you keep a complete, running system. Have a question about how this is written into an agreement? Email info@miteontechnologies.com.
